Rotomolding machine is used to make the PVC/vinyl/
PLASTISOL toys ,like squeezing animal ,jumping animal,fish lure,barbie dolls and so on ,anything made of PVC and hollow inside can be made.It can be soft and hard and customized ,thru heating and rotating loading plate to make it even and then forms the product.

16inch,24inch,28inch,32inch for option,OEM/ODM are vailable,regular or customized are welcome.
2.Type of rotomolding machine:
Gas heating,diesel heating,electricity heating for option.
3.Semi automatic and manual rotomolding machine:
Pneumatic operation for the door opening and cooling tank up and down.On the contrary ,it's manual on those parts.
4.Timer and Temperature can be adjusted according to the product's soft and hardness and thickness requirement.
5.Main axis moving by gear which can load A&B mould plates inside and C mould plate outside to wait for shift.High output by A/B/C plates working for one machine.
6.Cooling system made up of steel stainless tanks to the mould holder support for immersion in the water.
